Amenity Insurance, LLC. now offers an exclusively prepared program designed specifically for Indiana Fairs and Festivals.  In many cases, we can offer a year round general liability program that covers spectators, volunteers, and board members, as well as, participant legal liability. Special Event's Coverage can also be added on an as needed basis.  By combining multiple policies, including general liability, property, inland marine, directors and officers and crime,  under one master policy, we are able to provide a cost effective alternative to existing programs....even saving our clients money.    Along with a comprehensive package, Amenity Insurance will review your exposure and provide a thorough  risk management reveiw utilizing an SOP Checklist to evaluate your specific exposure.  Our annual policy allows you to add and delete events as needed.  If you do not require an annual policy but need a stand alone Special Events policy, we can provide a quote that will cover the date/dates of your event. 

Motorcross Sports Coverage (annual track coverage or one time race/practice coverage) is also available with either AMA sanctioned rates or without.
